DID WE MAKE THE MISTAKE?
While it is not common If we sent you the wrong item, size or color. We will be happy to get you the right item right away, as long as it's unwashed, unworn and undamaged. The same thing applies if your merch arrives damaged. Just let us know by using our returns page or customer service contact form. Or email us at scottattomic@gmail.com Please make sure to reach out to us right away for returns, we need to start the process within 30 days of the date you recieved the item. NOTE that you must show pictures or videos of the damaged item for us to give you a refund for that item you purchased.
CHANGE YOUR MIND?
If you are not happy with your purchase and have not worn, washed or damaged the product, just contact us and we will exchange it or give you store credit, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. You just pay for shipping and we will take care of it!
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
If you ordered a custom product and it arrived damaged we will happily replace or store credit on that item for you. Otherwise we do not offer refunds on custom items since they are made especially for you and can not be resold.
PRE-ORDERS AND PAYMENT PLANS?
If you have ordered through our payment plan method or bought a pre-order their will be no refunds on that order or exchange on payment plans. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Payment plans that are being paid for on either pre-orders or just buying straight the product is non-refundable.
